As you all know my skin was in a very bad condition for the past few weeks. I could not dare to use any beauty products and was seeking for natural ingredient for my beauty routine. I did a lot of research online and found out Coconut oil and Aloe Vera is very good for you both health and for beauty .
I am going to talk about the benefit of coconut oil on this post.
My face was bad, it got better but it was extremely dry and I was afraid to seek for dermatologist to help my skin condition ( That is stupid to do) ... anyway I finally did.
Before I saw dermatologist , I was using coconut oil to simply clean my face as it said Coconut oil also helps in treating various skin problems including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections, so I decided to give it a go. My skin felt super moisturizes and it absorbed very fast ! It does not leave my skin feeling oily at all.
Simply as Cleansing for my face :
Put a spoon of coconut oil on my palm, warm it up and message on your face. I use a warm face towel to wash it off afterwards.

I have used it as a few different ways
Make up Remover:
Put a spoon of coconut oil on my palm, warm it up and gently message on the face until make up are all dissolved then use a warm face towel to wash it off afterwards.
Exfoliate - Face , Lip and hand
Mixed a little bit of sugar for exfoliate your face , lip or hand
Exfoliate - Body :
Mixed with equal parts sugar for a smoothing body scrub. Please use in the shower and beware it might get slippery.
Coconut oil can be used in variety of ways, here is some I found
On the skin as a basic lotion
To prevent stretch marks during pregnancy
As massage oil
Use it to rub into scalp daily to stimulate hair growth
As an eye cream
and many more .... ..... ..... ....
It can also be used as cooking , it has a higher smoking temperature than most
polyunsaturated or monounsaturated oils. If you're preparing recipes
that require high temperatures you should consider coconut oil for this
type of cooking. Unlike olive oil which will oxidise at high
temperatures, creating free radicals and you can apparently use as a coffee creamer when emulsified into coffee.
Don't forget to choose the extra virgin coconut oil and it contains the most nutrition. I bought extra virgin organic coconut oil from Holland and Barrett for £12 as it was on offer at Holland and Barrett. You can easier buy this in supermarket or any other health food store. It is a lot cheaper than some beauty products and the variety of ways you can use it , it is fantastic. My skin feel silky soft after using it.
